Initiatives are member-driven and address specific audiences to find potential help from our organization. Initiatives are significant engagements to fulfill our vision.

ACTIVITIES
You can help in many ways:

* Help by contributing content/information

* Help event organizers or organize one

Programs

WHAT ARE PROGRAMS
Programs are typically designed to develop or strengthen soft skills, talent, inspire, or actively get something worked out.

WHO IS IT FOR
Programs are built for a specific audience. I.e. Young Professionals, Older Employees, Entrepreneurs, Business Leaders, Educational Institutes and so forth.

WHAT CONTENT

* Ingenuity Development Programs
* Research Programs
* Concepts to develop ingenuity programs

Programs are member-driven. Members provide program ideas, concepts and manage the realization once we all agree on starting such a program.

Events

Fostering community, educational, informative or fun. Supports Initiatives and programs.

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS
We organize digital and physical events (online/offline), for networking, education, information or fun.

WHO IS IT FOR
Events may be for a specific audience or the entire global WIForum ecosystem.

WHAT FORMAT
* Online webinars for knowledge transfer
* Online workshops for experience development
* Global WIForum Digital event every other year
* Online or physical demo days for the program graduates
* Physical, local seminars, trainings and workshops
* Physical meetups for exchange, networking and fun

Register to attend any of the events. They are free for all members, with rare exceptions when events need to be paid for, then members receive a discount.
