- AFTER THE PRESENTATIONS, accredited investors have immediately access to all presenters. To make sure that we are all in compliance with the investor protection laws of the respective countries, we request investors to join the Demo-Day-8 group on the WIForum platform (by invitation only). Access to the Demo-Day-8 Group is for the presenting teams and investors only.
- INVESTMENT PROCESS Each team has a lead investor in their country who will be connected to international investors. The local investors conduct a due diligence in collaboration with an experienced investor team and based on the international DD Guidelines that the WIForum is providing and is compiled based on Silicon Valley and Swiss DD standards. Contracts are provided in English language. Stock Purchase Agreements are homogenized and for everybody the same. The contacts are based on US SAFE agreements and are globally applicable. Investors will be able to download them prior to the event. Special terms negotiation is not possible in this arrangement. Same and fair rights and obligation for everybody.
- POST INVESTMENT, the startup teams are requested to provide monthly reports to their investors and are committed to conduct quarterly investor calls. Every bit of a mentorship from foreign investors is very much appreciated.
- DETAILED DOCUMENTATION will be provided to members of the Innovation Capital Network (ICN) in the ICN Group, within the World Innovations Forum community.
