Innovation & Entrepreneurship

Concept

This is NOT a school, you are NOT in a training. This program is a high speed, real time, total energy consuming experience with your real business and entire team. You experience what “sense of urgency’ really means. You are no longer a startup but a fast growing SME. In the next 10 months, you will transform your business to a ground breaking innovator with disruptive business model.

You and your team will want to work FULL TIME on the program. There is no time for any interesting projects or other nice to haves. This program is about getting all the way to the top(i.e.IPO) in the next 5-6 years. This is the first year. :)

Who is it for

This program is for founders with aiming high and trying to get all the way to the top. You may have been at a startup accelerator or incubator and want to grow as fast as possible.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • All founders are full time employees and have no other business on the side
  • Founders complement each other by having different backgrounds like Business, Marketing, Experts (tech, bio, health etc.)
  • No founder has more than 50% equity
  • The founders team holds more than 80% of the shares (equity position)
  • Your company is registered, yet less than 8 years old
  • You had a first round of funding.
  • You have a first version of your product in the market.
  • You have a documented market validation from more than 23 customers
  • Your website is in English or has an English version in addition to a local language version
  • You are ready to gain traction in the market
  • Ideally you are an alumni from 500 Startups, Y-Combinator, Zünder Switzerland or other notable accelerators.

1) Program locations
The accelerator program is available in three continents: San Francisco, CA for the Americas, Zürich, Switzerland for EMEA and Saigon, Vietnam for Asia. All programs are exclusively in English. The first week is a local bootcamp and the following weeks are performed locally at the companies location with weekly online sessions.

2) English Language
The whole program is in English. Attendees will listen, having dialogs and present in English. We do not provide any local language versions as all attendees will need to communicate globally in English during the program.

3) Participation Mandatory
Participating in each online session and working on the project work between the sessions is mandatory for completing the program and receiving a certificate.

4) Required Tools
For the project work, attendees need high speed internet, PowerPoint and Excel. Project work may need to be presented. Other tools include LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.

5) Instructors
Instructors are experienced entrepreneurs or authorized instructors trained by experienced entrepreneurs.

6) Certificates
At the end of the program is a test. Attendees who successfully completed the test will receive a certificate of participation.

Fees

As a non profit organization we ask for a program fee to cover our cost. For teams from specific countries, we are able to provide stipends to further help attend.
We do not take any equity

Standard Fees

$12,500, for founders teams with HQ in any developed country.

Stipend

Fees with approved stipends:
$2,750, for startup teams with HQ in
Argentina, Bolivia, Cambodia, Columbia, Cuba, Ghana, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Nigeria, Peru, Rwanda, Uganda, Vietnam.

$3,800 for any other developing and emerging nations
