After speaking with some hundred enterprise innovation teams, the call for an innovation mandate rose above all discussions.

An Innovation Meta Strategy

Once a purpose and objective for a serious innovation engagement is given, an executive can develop a strategy to get there. As the name indicates, an INNOVATION META STRATEGY is an overarching innovation strategy that gives an innovation team the necessary guidance to identify innovation opportunities match them with the corporate directions, and once decided, develop the actual and individual innovation strategy they can go after.
