PRESENTATIONS & DEMOS
Make well-prepared presentations and demos if you can. Let customers speak as well if possible.
Share all your financials, balance sheet, P+L, plans, Forecast, registration documents, etc. with the investors you want to go, when they are clearly expressed their interest and are ready for a due-diligence.

Involve your existing investors and mentors in every step of your way.
TERMS & CLOSING
Work with your lawyer and tax adviser. They are the only reliable partners who are also held accountable for their suggestions. When everything is agreed on, the investor and you will sign a stock purchase agreement that we have prepared for free.
