Innovation Capital Network (ICN) Purpose
We have seen amazingly innovative entrepreneurs in all corners of the earth. However, most live in countries where it is tough to raise the necessary funds to grow their business. They either have to leave their country or give up their dream. In both cases, a huge opportunity for prosperity is lost in the respective country. This is not only a problem in developing countries but also in many developed countries.
The ICN is focused on getting innovative businesses funded, no matter where they are. Obviously, it is not just a lack of capital that makes funding difficult; it is also the company’s lack of fundability. We decided to help innovative minds to get the same guidance as if they would be in Silicon Valley or similar top-level innovation spaces.

ICN member entrepreneurs can join business preparation webinars and get a certain amount of free coaching to prepare their business successfully in highly competitive global markets.
Requirements
- The entire financing engagement will be conducted in English. Your English language skills need to be fluent.
- Your company is founded and registered.
- Your HQ is in one of the highly respected jurisdictions like AU, CH, DE, FR, HK, NL, SE, SG, UK, US.
If not, you are willing to move your HQ to any of those countries before raising capital. - You have an innovative solution that would be interesting globally.
- You have a team of 2 or more founders (no solopreneurs)
- All founders are more or less equally invested.
- You have already raised an initial seed round and have a current investor.
- Your product is already in use by at least 5 customers.
- You performed a market validation
- You prepare a video together with all founders sharing your vision
- You share an investors deck
Fundraising preparation
In your interest and the investors’ interest, we want to make the fundraising process as effective and as successful as possible. Top investors may see more than a thousand investment opportunities a year. As an entrepreneur, we want to make sure you do not waste your time and that you don’t burn through investors.

Funding Process
Once you are introduced to our investor network, investors reach out to you if they find your opportunity interesting. Be prepared to tell them your story on the spot.

Take your time and have several conversations. Select an investor that resonates with you
OPENNESS & TRANSPARENCY
Your total openness and transparency are required. Investors take huge risks. The only way to manage the risk is to know everything about the entrepreneur’s live and every conceivable business detail.
PRESENTATIONS & DEMOS
Make well-prepared presentations and demos if you can. Let customers speak as well if possible.
DUE DILIGENCE
Share all your financials, balance sheet, P+L, plans, Forecast, registration documents, etc. with the investors you want to go, when they are clearly expressed their interest and are ready for a due-diligence.
EXISTING INVESTORS & MENTORS
Involve your existing investors and mentors in every step of your way.
TERMS & CLOSING
Work with your lawyer and tax adviser. They are the only reliable partners who are also held accountable for their suggestions. When everything is agreed on, the investor and you will sign a stock purchase agreement that we have prepared for free.
